Why get a Procredible website?
We create amazing websites, at fair prices, and go the extra mile for our lovely customers. Our designers work with global brands, so you get the advantage of a very experienced team working on your project.
Will I be tied into a contract?
Yes, our pricing packages are tied to a 12 month contract. We do this as it means we can avoid charging a set up fee up front, allowing us to offer the cheap monthly website prices.
How do I pay?
We ask that the monthly fee is paid on a recurring basis through Direct Debit. If preferred, you can also arrange to pay for your website on a yearly basis. To keep costs low the website is provided on a rented basis.
Are there any hidden fees?
Definitely not! There are no hidden fees or set up cost – what we quote you is what you’ll pay!
How does payment work?
If you selected to pay monthly, the first monthly payment will be due when you sign up for a Procredible website. After the 12 months payments will continue on a rolling basis.
If you select a yearly plan, the entire years payment will be taken when the website goes live. Once the 12 months is up, it will roll over for the next 12 months.
I’m not technical, does this matter?
No not at all. Our systems are very intuitive but if you are really not too keen, we offer managed solutions so we do all the changes for you (please enquire).
How do I make changes and updates?
Our advanced Content Management System means you’ll have direct access to carry out amends to the website yourself. Of course, we’re here if you need additional support.
Can I move my website away?
So we can build websites more quickly saving you costs on the initial investment, we use our proprietary software, this means that the website will only work while on our system.
Will I be able to make changes to the site after it is completed?
Of course! We encourage it, Google loves to see relevant updates. Our easy to use website editor will give you the power to change your website content.
How do your monthly plans work?
Our monthly website plans provide all you would need to run a new website, and they are affordable because the website is provided on a month by month rental basis.
How long will it take to create my website?
Although we will never sacrifice on the quality of our work, we will make every effort to create you the perfect business website in as little time as possible. You can expect to receive your first concept in around 7 days.

Are your websites mobile friendly?
Yes, all of our websites are mobile friendly. They are what is known as responsive websites, meaning that the design adjusts to suit the size of the screen they are viewed in.
Can you design me a logo and other marketing material, too?
Yes. However, a logo is not part of the website design. We offer logo and branding design as an add-on to the web design to create a great logo for your business.
How easily can I make changes to the website after it's built?
It is simple to update the website. You will have full control over the content and images and can easily update them yourself if you want. We have a range of training documentation to help you make the changes you want.
